The electric Dryer with 24 meters runway, the heat source is steam. To dry the veneer to the desired humidity level.
＊依客戶需求，塗佈E0, E1 或 E2 膠水，壓製板件成型
E0, E1 or E2 glue are available per customer requests.
＊20 部油壓式壓台、2部高週波壓台
20 hydraulic pressing machines and 2 high-frequency pressing machine. Can load up multiple moulds on each machine. The steam is applied to speed up the adhesion.
＊每一片成品板件，經過壓力檢測，確認強度合格
The pressure test performed on each plywood board to verify the strength.
＊每月可生產600 立方米 (150,000 PCS)之曲木板件
The production capacity: 600 m3/month, 150,000 PCS.

- 壓模 Pressing Moulds
＊採用鑄鋁塊以CNC機製成型模，遠較木模耐用且不變形
The forming mould is made by casting Alumina, CNC machined. It won’t be deformed. The endurance is much better than the wooden mould. It can be used for several decades.
